Landscape Installer

As an Installer, you’ll be at the heart of our landscaping operations. You’ll work hands-on to bring our designs to life, from planting and hardscaping to building patios and wood projects like fences and decks.

This is physical, detail-driven work. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable using tools, works well outdoors, and takes pride in how things look when the job is done.

    • Hands-On Installation: You’ll handle everything from laying sod to planting, hydro seeding, cutting and laying brick, building patios, and working on wood projects like fences and decks.

    • Craftsmanship: You’ll ensure that every cut is sharp, everything is level, and the final result looks clean and professional.

    • Teamwork: Working as part of a crew, you’ll help keep the job site organized and make sure the team is always on the same page.

    • Material and Tool Management: You’ll be responsible for organizing and transporting tools and materials, ensuring everything is in the right place to keep things moving smoothly.

    • Safety & Cleanliness: You’ll follow safety procedures, keep the work area tidy, and ensure tools are maintained.

    • Client Respect: Represent Capital well on-site and help create a professional experience for clients.

    • Experience: Ideally, 1-2 years in landscaping or construction, though we’re happy to train the right person.

    • Skills: You should be comfortable with tools, enjoy physical work, and take pride in the quality of your work.

    • Dependable: Punctuality and following through on responsibilities are a must.

    • Team-Oriented: You work well with others, contributing to the team’s success and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

    • Physical Stamina: This role requires lifting materials and staying active throughout the day, so a strong work ethic and physical endurance are key.

Greens Crew

As a Greens Crew member, you’ll help care for the residential and commercial properties we maintain throughout the season. This role focuses on mowing, trimming, edging, and keeping sites looking clean and consistent, with support on other outdoor projects when needed.

As we continue expanding our services, we’re looking for someone who works hard, notices details, and takes pride in doing the job properly.

    • Routine Property Care: Handle mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and cleanup across residential and commercial properties.

    • Route & Equipment Transport: Safely drive the truck and dump trailer and transport mower equipment between properties.

    • Clean Finish: Help each property look tidy, sharp, and well maintained before moving on.

    • Equipment Handling: Operate and care for mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment safely and responsibly.

    • Site Awareness: Notice lawn or property issues and communicate them clearly with the team.

    • Client Respect: Represent Capital well on-site and help create a professional experience for clients.

    • Crew Support: When needed, assist with landscape installation and other outdoor work across Capital projects.

    • Experience: Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or construction is an asset, though we’re open to training the right person.

    • Equipment Confidence: You should be comfortable learning and operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic outdoor equipment safely.

    • Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things and care about leaving a property looking finished.

    • Dependable: Punctuality, consistency, and following through matter here.

    • Team-Minded: You work well with others and are willing to step in where needed.

    • Physical Stamina: This is active, outdoor work that requires steady effort throughout the day.

    • Licence: A valid driver’s license is required
