Landscape Installer
As an Installer, you’ll be at the heart of our landscaping operations. You’ll work hands-on to bring our designs to life, from planting and hardscaping to building patios and wood projects like fences and decks.
This is physical, detail-driven work. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable using tools, works well outdoors, and takes pride in how things look when the job is done.

Hands-On Installation: You’ll handle everything from laying sod to planting, hydro seeding, cutting and laying brick, building patios, and working on wood projects like fences and decks.
Craftsmanship: You’ll ensure that every cut is sharp, everything is level, and the final result looks clean and professional.
Teamwork: Working as part of a crew, you’ll help keep the job site organized and make sure the team is always on the same page.
Material and Tool Management: You’ll be responsible for organizing and transporting tools and materials, ensuring everything is in the right place to keep things moving smoothly.
Safety & Cleanliness: You’ll follow safety procedures, keep the work area tidy, and ensure tools are maintained.
Client Respect: Represent Capital well on-site and help create a professional experience for clients.

Experience: Ideally, 1-2 years in landscaping or construction, though we’re happy to train the right person.
Skills: You should be comfortable with tools, enjoy physical work, and take pride in the quality of your work.
Dependable: Punctuality and following through on responsibilities are a must.
Team-Oriented: You work well with others, contributing to the team’s success and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.
Physical Stamina: This role requires lifting materials and staying active throughout the day, so a strong work ethic and physical endurance are key.
